The Vision Ultra Flexx sets new standards in the field of mobile mould repair welding. Laser Welding at 3 meter height or in the centre of a 5 x 5 meter injection mould; with the digital joystick controlled high precision x-y-z Axis arm of the Vision Ultra Flexx these tasks are now feasible.
As a matter of cause, the Vision Ultra Flexx is equipped with all well known features of the Vision Workstation. Pulse Distance Synchronisation (PDS) and Teach-In for all 4 Axis are powerful functions to work faster with higher precision.

FLEXIBLE LASER ARM WITH TURN & TILTABLE LASER HEAD
With PDS a precise overlapping of the welding spot can be set, even when welding complex geometries at various speed the welding will always be of homogeneous quality. The fiber coupling of the laser beam permits to separate the laser source and the workstation, and to use the laser beam at multiple workstations by time and energy sharing.
The remarkable small processing head can be turned and tilted 360 degrees in all axis. In combination with the 360 degrees turnable Microscope an ergonomic working position for almost every situation can be reached. The complete Machine is mobile and ready to operate, no external cooler is required.
And finally, the Vision Ultra Flexx can easily be moved around on its wheels. Inside your workshop or at your customers site, the Vision Ultra Flexx stands for mobile laser welding at its best.
In this case the workpiece does not need to be removed, rather the laser can be used in a flexible manner where it is needed.
